- All plans are valid for Business/Company based in Malaysia (Registered with SSM).
- The term FREE used in the package is applicable for the first year purchaser only. Following year the renewal charges will apply.
- Our website designers will communicate with you over email and our support tickets to discuss the web development.
- No refund is allowed for all plan subscriptions once the actual development starts.
- Development duration which is specified on this package based on the date we receive all relevant materials from the customer for website development.
- Training provided only after receiving full payment.
- Customer in need of further assistance after the free maintenance period can continue to subscribe to our Maintenance & Support packages.
- The number of pages in the package are final. Charges will apply for additional pages request and the delivery duration will automatically extend.
- Once website design is accepted and confirmed by both parties, no further changes will be allowed.
- Your registered domain(s) cannot be changed once it is confirmed. Domain registration fees are also not refundable. Domain registrations are based on the first-come, first-serve basis upon payment confirmation. It will only be processed upon successful deposit payment received by our billing department.
- The customer required to register a preferred Payment Gateway with Registered Partner / Third-Party Service Provider at own cost.
- The customer required to register a preferred Carrier Gateway with Registered Partner / Third-Party Service Provider at own cost.
- Free integration and testing provided only for Register VISHTECH Partner. Minimum charges applied for Third-Party Solutions.
